Telltale Collection On Xbox One Issue

Glad to see I'm not the only one with this problem.

 

Just bought the telltale collection today. No borderlands season pass for me. Everything else installed okay.

 

what the heck me too, I just hope this is resolved before episode two comes out.

 

Thank you Misses Quinzel for addressing this issue. I just wish other people would read your response before joining the flock. Judging by your answer I'm personally not expecting to see the Season Pass being available to those of us that purchased the
bundle until the release of episode 2, but keep us posted if there's any information before then.

I purchased it. No Tales of the Borderlands Season Pass. I hope we get it FREE OF CHARGE like Misses Quinzell said before or at the release of episode two.

PS: Does anyone know when episode 2 is gonna be out?

I purchased TellTale Collection, but Tales from the Borderlands season pass never downloaded to my Xbox One.

When I select manage Telltale Collection, Tales from the borderlands season pass is not included in the purchased files.

When I find Tales from The Borderlands at Xbox Store, It is not unlocked and still asks me to pay €12,74 to buy it.

Please fix this issue.

 

Purchased 29 Dec and same issue as everyone else. If the season pass is up for sale and I purchased it, would it show up then? Hate to get jerked around and having to wait and or follow up for something that should be easy but has been an issue for as
long as the package has been offered perhaps everyone should purchase the SP and then call support for a refund? I tthinkXB would fix it quicker than dealing with 1000s of support calls.. please fix so we aren't all calling and bugging you when episode 2
hits and it still isn't resolved.

Glad to see it's not just me... and glad Episode 2 isn't out yet. Hopefully they get this fixed soon.

I am having this same issue, why not just add the season pass to everyone's account so we can't purchase it so it looks like we own it? I just hope I won't have to do a lot of work on my part to get the season passes to unlock when the seasons come out.

You are just making a bigger headache, people are going to purchase the season pass ethier confused it didn't come with it or clicking to buy thinking it will unlock it but they will get charged...

 

With all these broken games, broken patches, broken firmware updates, network outages and now this problem, which Microsoft doesn't give a slightest as it appears, I'm done with Xbox. I'm selling the lot and just give up on console gaming. It's scandalous
how we are treated as gamers lately.

 

I am having the same problem, I purchased this bundle earlier this morning, and I did not get the seasonal pass for borderlands. When will this be solved and when will we see the seasonal pass being downloaded to our x box one console? Am also adding my
name/gamertag to this list and forum. And I hope I will not have to be paying an extra amount of money to download the seasonal pass, which was suppose to be included in this bundle deal. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.
