Telltale Collection On Xbox One Issue

Same thing happend to me (I'm from Germany). Just got the Collection 2 Days ago, no Season Pass for Borderlands.

Yup same here just purchased "The Telltale Games Collection" on 12/25/2014 and everything EXCEPT "Tales from the Borderlands - Season Pass (Episodes 2-5)" has been queued and installed. Even the "Game of Thrones: Season Pass" got installed before the first
episode was so i don't understand why my other season pass doesn't register as purchased. I'm a huge fan of these games and to be honest i wasn't even gonna buy the Borderlands one but since it's included in the bundle I'm feeling pretty ripped off. (Even
if it was half off)

 

I have no season pass for Tales of the Borderlands either. I get the Season Pass for Games of thrones, so looks like a mistake to not include it. Season 2 is yet to release, so no rush for now, just as long as it is sorted before season 2 is released

Same here - no borderlands season pass. Hope they fix it.

 

Happened to me too - glad that the Xbox Support guys are looking into it. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Same problem here. No season pass and shows as needing to purchase seperately. I can see you working on it so no further comment needed at the moment. Well at least not until the next episode is released!

same here and xbox support don't help at all they told me they did not know it was even on sale and i was like come on you should know your own products
