Telltale Batman: The Enemy Within missing episodes 4 & 5

While I already owned episode 1, 2 and 3 of Telltales Batman: The Enemy Within, I picked up the season pass as I couldn't see episodes 4 or 5 available as standalone purchases in the game store. However since purchasing and installing the season pass, I
still don't appear to be able to find or download the missing episodes.

So far I've checked the available downloads in the game install manager and have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the first 3 chapters. I've even tried performing a hard reset of the console.

Are the episodes still available to download or have they been removed?

You could go to the xbox store to find the episodes and download them.
You may also have a problem with paying for the episodes you should dial 01800-2660068, you can ask them about your passing histories and that.

Thanks for the update with your reply. If you've tried all possible troubleshooting and still don't have access to games beyond #3, then it may be due to TellTale Games closing up shop. You can definitely request a refund should you wish to and here's
a support article that can help you do so: Request an Xbox digital product refund.

The episodes themselves have been delisted on the Microsoft store, but as of right now it appears you can still download the episodes if you have a season pass. You can still purchase the Season Pass on the Microsoft store in order to get the remaining
episodes... but that's kind of expensive since you already have the first three episodes, though it is possible you can find a Season Pass disc somewhere, either new or used, for cheaper.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. Regarding the episodes for Telltale Batman: The Enemy Within, they are no longer available as single episodes, but are bundled as such:

Batman: The Enemy Within - Season Pass (Episodes 2-5), or

Batman: The Enemy Within - The Complete Season (Episodes 1-5)

As you've indicated that you already have the season pass, you should be able to download & install all 5 episodes, if they're available. I would recommend some of the troubleshooting solutions available in our support article entitled

Find your games and add-ons on Xbox One.

Sadly, if they're not available for download then the season pass may not have been completed by
TellTale Games prior to their shutdown earlier this year.

Give the further troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.
