    I tried many different techniques but nothing worked I’m scared that I maintain have all my progress removed but I have 2 accounts and on the other account it doesn’t show me the screen where it says purchase call of duty Cold War but even on the other account I’m having a different problem! Please help me

    If I understood well, you have purchased call of duty Cold War on another account and you want to use the purchased game on the other?

    Please explain to me a bit more exactly what's the problem you're facing on each account when you try opening the game

    About the saved progress, as long as you don't remove it from the cloud, your in-game progress is safe

    I purchased the game and can't play it.

    The game, Call of Duty - Cold war , brought it from game stop , for the Xbox 1 console. I put the disk in it downloaded but still telling me to purchase game So I can play it ,checked today it's only letting me play Zombies and Multiplayer but no Campaign?
