    Telling me I'm console banned, isn't in my email or enforcement history.


    Its telling me I'm console banned and won't let me sign in to my account or play any games, I got no email saying I've been console banned and it's not in my enforcement history. Customer support is repeatedly telling me they don't know what to do and that
    I need to contact enforcement.

    I just got console banned for about a week and a half but it hasnt sent me an email saying what I was banned for and I just want to know why I got banned. I also checked my enforcement history and it still doesnt say what I was console banned for,it doesnt
    even say that I was banned

    Banned for inappropriate language

    I didn’t mention that i dont have anything in my enforcement history. So my xbox is telling me im banned but my enforcement history is telling my my account is in good standing.

    In regards to why you are suspended:

    You should receive an email addressed to the email account associated with the gamer tag that received the ban/suspension from Microsoft/Xbox telling you why you were banned. To check your enforcement history, you can go here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/Enforcement/ShowEnforcements
    just make sure to sign in with the affected account.

    In regards to how long you are suspended for:

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here can tell you anything.

    Phone/chat support wouldn't be able to help as xbox live enforcement is nothing to do with them.

    Console bans can not be appealed which is why that option isn't showing on the enforcement site.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account at the time the ban was issued.
