Telling me I have to purchase cold war but I pre ordered

I tried to pre order cold war and it says "contact us at microsoft support" (were having trouble processing your payment)

If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a few questions:

• May I ask which Xbox model you are using?

• May I ask exactly when this game is asking you to purchase it again? is it happening as soon as you try to launch it, or once inside the game while trying to pick a game mode?

• If you don't mind, could you check if the purchase for this game is showing as "Completed" on your account's order history? As a rule of thumb, all games purchased through the Microsoft Store, redeemed with a code, or claimed from a console bundle, should be displayed there.

I lost my cold war as well and i was playing it before but Xbox cancel my transaction for the gane even tho i pre-ordered it and been playing it for a week and an half now.

Ok well please do not bring a res war to this coz it will get shot down I had my xboxo me pre ordered from May 21st not once did I ever get cold feet res means nothing to me it's all about the gameplay

I keep on trying to pre order black ops cold war and it says cant process your payment contact microsoft support

You cant ise a pre paid card or debit card that waas my problem
