telling me cant download

so i bought DBX and it tells me it cant download. Did the cache reset and all. Also it hasnt charged my billing account yet wondering if that has anything to do with it

still getting system update message

still cant connect to xbox live keeps telling me ineed a system update which isnt available at present driving me nuts as i cant download my profile any suggestions ?

I cant download my profile, even if I cleared the cache and deleted the profile. It is just telling me that xbox live cant download profiles this moment please try again later....

And connection type like DSL or cable or 3g

 

should be na east coast for both. got cable and the speedtest isnt working for me right now. ill keep trying though i guess

 

kinda confirmed its nothing on my end just dl 2 other games no problem so maybe something wrong with the DBX dl

 

It's the same with AC IV.

It doesn't even download to 1% before telling me "can't download".

Last night it got to 63% before stopping an saying "can't download"

It's not my end because iv cleared system cache,

Location and region are the same, tested my internet speed

I think it's a bug in the code for the download.

When we say region we mean your country so if you have a us account but a Canadian or Mexican location that would be why

That's a mismatched region

If your connection is 3g that would also be why

Non broadband connections time out with big downloads

While smaller downloads are OK

 

Also we ask for the speedtest.net result to see your actual speed

If its low then its the connection
