Tell Tales Walking Dead season 2 episode 3 Error

So when I go to buy its shown price is $4.99, I have $5.22 in my account..... Then a error shows up saying I don't have enough money for the purchase and that it might possibly because of taxes... which I doubt. Is anyone else having this problem or knows
how to fix this?

I'm having it too. I have $9.56 and I get that message. I had a long day at work and just want to play some TWD. Guess I won't be able to

 

I cleared my system and marketplace cache. I dont really know if that's what fixed it because while trying to purchase the episode, it told me there were problems connecting to Xbox live (or something similar to that), but I was connected, weird. But I kept
trying and it finally downloaded. I guess you should keep trying until it works. But I got a headache from getting angry. No TWD till later :/

Where you getting the error where you account was locked? If so, how long did the retries take for it to finally download?
