    Hi Xbox Live support, recently (maybe 4 days) my 7 years Tenure on my profile has gone.

    Of course, my Xbox Live Gold membership is not expired (07/14/2016)

    Xbox Live Codes doesn't work

    Hi,

    My xbox live gold expired since the 03/07. Yesterday (05/07) i used three XBL codes (14 days in Halo 5, 2 days in MCC, 2 days in FIFA17). On my profile, it's well inscribed i'm gold member again (expiration 18/07), but i still cannot access to the gold features.

    Please tell me why, thanks.

    I'm sorry but no one here on the forums could tell what exactly happened as we ourselves are just customers as well. We don't have the tools to check that info for you. Though with how it happened, by chance did you redeemed two 7 days trial? You cannot
    stack up free trials. It overrides the first trial once you redeem them on top of another trial.

    But if you did use a whole 14 day trial. I would recommend trying to remove your profile from the console and add it back again to reload your account. Then try to access again the features that you previously was able to access.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on Xbox live gold subscription. The date starts on the original start date. So for example, if the subscription was 7 days past due. You would have 23 days left. On the subscription it
    tells you when it expires.

    Hello, it works so if you have a gold subscription or that has expired short 14 days not accumulable with an existing subscription, if you were a new gold subscriber then you redeemed them.
