Bonjour,

Je me suis laissé tenter par les offres de noël et le game pass 1€, je voulais tester forza.

Mais voil lors du téléchargement j'ai eu une grosse surprise : Je télécharge une vitesse de 250ko/s 500ko/s au maximum.

Tout ça alors que j'ai une fibre plus que correcte, résultat en 1h j'en suis 2%.

C'est totalement anormal, problème serveur? Soucis technique ? Bug chez moi ?

En tous cas je vois pas trop l’intérêt du Game pass si je mets 3 jours pour DL un jeu.

Pour info voici un speedtest de ma co PENDANT le téléchargement :

I have exactly the same problem with Xbox application. I have a very good connection (More than 100 Mo/s on battle.net more than 60 Mo/sec on Steam…) . But with Xbox application… 3 Mo/s maximum.

So, i tryed everything from the older thread, nothing works.

It's unacceptable that's i'am paying for something i can't have.

Waiting for a fix asap from your side or i will just refund it.

Hello,

I'am on PC so i'm already on ethernet, i already restarted the pc and the connection.

This is the first time i have this problem, in other game apps i don't have any problem....
