    Aidez moi SVP. Nous avons ACHETÉ le jeu, alors ce n'est pas pour cela que ça ne marche pas.

    Hello Patrick,

    Sorry for the issue with downloading the game. When you download the game are you making sure you are signed into the account that made the purchase? If you are trying to download the game on a different profile you will not be able to.
