Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue with Assassin's Creed: Odyssey. As you may have already noted, this issue is a known one at both Microsoft/Xbox and at Ubisoft (the developer) for the game and the issue is being worked
on at this time. Ubisoft does state that their developers are currently aware and hard at work to get everything back in order and, that for further updates, you may check on the game's official site for more information as it comes to light:

If you called in and reported this to Xbox, or you set up a ticket with Ubisoft support, we thank you for all the data you've provided and hope that this is resolved very soon.
