Depois que ligo meu xbox one, após 2 ou 3 minutos ele fica xom uma tela pretae não sai mais. O que pode ser a causa? Obrigado

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with your console.

Does your console ever show the green Xbox bootup animation at all?

If it does not, and you just display a blank screen, then you may need to
reset your display settings.

This will bootup your console in low resolution mode [640 × 480], which you should be able to adjust soon after.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

Hi,

I have a new problem, during the updating process an Error E200 appears and the updating process stop in 84%.

Is there any other way to reset the console to restart the Xbox One?

Seams not a hardware problem, is it?

Does your console ever show the green Xbox bootup animation at all?

Yes, but after 2 or 3 minutes the screen becomes black and anything happen. I tried the both bottom pressed together but doesn't works. Thanks

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue with a blank screen. We recommend trying out the troubleshoot
wizard for blank screen. Please be sure to try all of these and let us know. If still having issue not seeing anything you may want to think on getting the console repaired. You can set one up on the device
