Tela Preta[Black screen]

Bom, quando eu fui ligar o videogame ficou carregando a tela verde por bastante tempo, e então ficou numa tela preta. Tentei reiniciar, tirar da tomada, e tinha funcionado, mas o início tava bugado as coisas não abrem eu não consigo entrar em nenhum jogo,
configuração, nada, o que eu faço?

Pelo que me apresenta parece ser o disco interno que está com problemas. Aconselho a contactar o suporte para ver se eles conseguem ajudar.

wizard for blank screen. Please be sure to try all of these and let us know. If still having issue not seeing anything you may want to think on getting the console repaired. You can set one up on the device

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

It's never encourage to take your console to get repaired by a third-party retailer, as if the console was been opened, and the Service Center see trails of this, it will deemed it tampered with and this will mean that you will no longer
be able to get it repaired through us.

In addition to this, the original Xbox One console is no longer manufactured by Microsoft, nor is the console PSU. As a result, out-of-warranty support is no longer available for this particular product.
