Currently, there is no way to unlock Eliza in Tekken 7 itself regardless if you beat the game. Eliza will be available 30 days after Tekken 7’s launch

Not a mistake, it's was part of a E3 announcement. Tekken Tag Tournament was also announced to be free this week as part of the Tekken 7 announcement.

You might have to contact Bandai support ,since your online progress would be saved on their servers

If i delete the game it will sync the progress once i redownload the game. The delete everywhere option did not reset the progress of the game i am asking about. It merely allowed me to change the region i am in and accept the terms of service once again.
Can i reset the games progress somehow?
