You know they will come out with other editions of the game as well. Like Super Street Fighter X Tekken: Ultimate Arcade Edition.

Forza Motorsport 7 Ultimate Edition

Currently, there is no way to unlock Eliza in Tekken 7 itself regardless if you beat the game. Eliza will be available 30 days after Tekken 7’s launch
