    Tekken 7 Season 3 DLC 14 problem


    Hey guys, hopefully someone can help me with this weird issue I'm having here with one of my DLC add-on app for Tekken 7. So I own Season 3 pass, on March 24th yesterday when the final DLC add-ons were available for download access, I had both DLC 14 Fahkumram
    and DLC 15 Cave of Enlightment stage waiting in queue to download after the update patch 3.30 was installing so I let that run the whole time till the end. Once everything was supposedly done, I turned back on my Xbox, launched the game and noticed that the
    patch 3.30 was in effect added and DLC 15 stage was there but no sign of DLC 14 Fahkumram character there was still locked in all modes. So I go and check back game add-ons for tekken 7, noticed I have 21 total installed and 1 in Ready to install which is
    DLC14, whenever I try to install it from there or the store again even uninstall reinstall everything, it appears on my installed with total of 22 add-ons, but also still stays in Ready to install the only one, when I go back to the game or even restart console
    still always locked in game DLC 14 character and no matter how many times I go back to check game add-ons it always disapppears from installed back at 21 and still always in ready to install. It's so frustrating I don't get it I purchased the season 3 pass
    it's free download but it's like bugged the app or something can't access it won't load in game keeps staying always in Ready to install every time I do it adds to install but also stays in ready to install I'm loosing my mind here don't know what to do can
    someone please help maybe had same issue. Thanks

    Wheres My DLC???

    I share this problem. The store page for the Deluxe Edition shows both the Season Pass and DLC 1 as unpurchased add-ons. I would expect these at there very least to be listed as "free" for this edition. I'm certainly not going to go purchase them separately.

    To quote the store page: "This edition includes the full TEKKEN 7 game and all additional content eligible to the Season Pass." At the moment this is simply untrue.

    Hey there OneKhusal!

    If you visit Games & Apps, and press the menu button on Tekken 7 and select "Manage" do you see available DLC to download? Let us know what you see :)
    I also have a similar problem, I go to manage games but I don't see any other DLC except the metallic pack for Tekken 7. Also I haven't received the Tekken 6 DLC code as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Do you have an external hard drive plugged in to the console right now?

    If yes, can you unplug it and Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

    Once done, please check if the issue still persist while the external hard drive is unplugged.
