Tekken 7 DLCs

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if anyone else are having problems with the DLCs for Tekken 7.

I bought the game last week and it came with 2 codes to download Eliza and for Tekken 6, but when I entered the code for Eliza it went through but up to now i have not recieved her and when I entered the code for Tekken 6 it said there was a problem on Microsoft's
end. I have downloaded other content for other games with no problem, so what's the problem???

i bought tekken 7 as a pre order with free tekken 6. i still didnt get the tekken 6 its said to wait for 7 to 10 days but its already 11 days help please

If you visit Games & Apps, and press the menu button on Tekken 7 and select "Manage" do you see available DLC to download? Let us know what you see

 

Hey, I got through with the Eliza DLC. Thanks for the help but I still can't download Tekken 6. It replys there's a problem on their end and to wait for a while. Thank anyways.

 

I also have a similar problem, I go to manage games but I don't see any other DLC except the metallic pack for Tekken 7. Also I haven't received the Tekken 6 DLC code as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
