Tekken 7 and Tekken 6 promotion

I purchased Tekken 7 from xbox.com store for xbox one today and on the purchase it said i would also get Tekken 6 with the purchase.

I have been in my games and apps and can only see Tekken 7 in the ready to install list. Tekken 6 is nowhere to be seen in either ready to install or installed list.

I have spoke with customer support on the phone and was instructed to make this post in the forums.

The code for TEKKEN 6 will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days

Please keep an eye on your Live messages for the code. When it is received you'll be able to redeem it and play.

 

I have the same problem. I've been playing 7 but would like to try 6 as well.

 

Well it has been almost 2 weeks and still no code for Tekken 6 i have been checking both my messages and emails and nothing.

Which specific date was the purchase made? To qualify for this promotion, Tekken 7 must have been pre-purchased on or before June 1st 2017 (before the official release date). If your purchase was made after that date, that would determine that you are not
eligible for the Tekken 6 code. You can check your purchase dates on Microsoft Commerce.
