    6 days having received multiple replies of the type "follow the steps, complete the survey" you not only don't give us any other "solution" useful for solving the problem, but also close the discussion by writing the hundredth
    time "follow the steps, complete the survey" WITHOUT EVEN GIVING ANY CHANCE TO REPLICATE IT?

    I'm running into the same issue with the game as well. I unlocked everything but the final achievement won't unlock. Funny thing is while playing the game, I don't even get notifications. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, redownloaded my profile, and
    powered down the Xbox for over 30 minutes. I have to use the Xbox app on my phone/surface in order to monitor achievements for this game.

    I'm sorry to see any frustrations, however we do not have any other troubleshooting for achievement issues other than what is in the

    Achievement Sticky
    . If those have been exhausted, the achievement survey is the last course of action. This survey is sent to the team that investigates issues with achievements overall. While this survey does not help resolve individual achievement issues,
    it helps us provide any irregularities to the team.

    I personally sent the report last week, and had made note of not only your submission but the

    trueachievements.com guide
    where there are others running into the same issue. Outside of our troubleshooting and the survey, no one here at Microsoft can unlock that achievement for users; submitting the survey in our Achievement Sticky is the only way
    users are able to get their achievement issues noticed. Having users spam our forums to have us pay attention to the achievement will not unlock the achievement faster. You will need to wait for it to unlock, or wait for Bandai Namco to release a title update
    that unlocks the achievement for everyone. There is no other support we can provide for this situation.

    Here i am, Mister Mascot, 3 days past and guess what? Nothing changed :)

    I started the game, i did some matches and did not unlock my (automatic) last achievement.

    Now what do you do? Again the same procedures for another 72 hours? Do we continue the same way until september?

    Obviously, i have contacted the producer directly (this in 06/06/2017) and he has not been able to tell me anything because the problem did not depend on them.

    And maybe you also expect us to pay $500 for a new console (which does not have games) with all the problems you still can not solve nowadays. Ridiculous.

    First thing I need to point out is that your generic, useless responses need to end. They help no one and only cause more frustration to gamers. Reading this thread was painful and
    I feel sorry for the gamers that have posted here seeking genuine help only to be met with your worthless and completely useless replies. Just awful.. Anyway, I too have this achievement glitched after meeting the requirements. I've done
    all your troubleshooting suggestions and just now your equally stupid and waste of time survey and of course, expect absolutely nothing to change having done that until the developers address the game in
    another patch, as the most recent one did nothing to fix the achievement issue we are having.

    Rather than tell gamers to go to TA about an issue like this, why not tell them to email the developer of the game?
    That is the most logical next step.

    Please, the next time you want to try and "help" somebody, take a back seat, make a coffee and just chill, as doing nothing will be more useful than you trying to help.

    But i do not think it is clear that the problem is not so much the operation or not of those links, as well as the fact that their content is not useful to anyone and that you are persuaded to propose it. Every bloody time.
    Just to mention as well, we're not on the forums 24 hours a day. We're here on the forums from 8:00am PST to 6:00pm PST Monday through Friday and we appreciate your patience.

    Well, if the time you are online is only to repeat/repost links the completion of the survey and/or take the steps already known to the stones, i would say that in fact there is no need a 24-hour presence on 24.
    The only way to get the teams the proper information is to fill out the survey after completing the steps. We don't have the ability to manually flip a switch to turn on an Achievement, our job is to help you with the troubleshooting aspects and help you
    fill out the survey so the proper teams will have the information to investigate.

    I'll go ahead and report those steps here, since you're not seeing the ability to view the post.

    Hey there! If you're maybe having a little trouble getting an achievement to unlock, you've come to the right place! This sticky is designed to help get everything back on track. Please read through each of the phases below and give the troubleshooting steps

    Section 1: Check your progress on TrueAchievements.com.

    Sometimes Achievements can be a little tricky. Whether you need to recruit the right combination of crew members - Whether you need to rock the perfect guitar solo in a certain song - Or whether you need to pop only the most radical of wheelies around the
    track: The community over at TrueAchievements has a wealth of advice and tips on how to unlock even the most pesky of Achievements. So please, search your Achievement and progress over there to make sure you've definitely completed all of the requirements.


    1. Go to www.trueachievements.com. 2. Search for the game in question by using the "Search Site" bar near the top right of the web page. You can also choose the game from the drop-down list that updates
    as you type! 3. Locate the achievement in question on the game's landing page. 4. Select the hyperlink under the name of the achievement which says, "There are X guides". 5. Read through the suggested guides and comments to ensure that all actions necessary
    to unlock the achievement have been performed.





    Section 2: Choose the device you're using and follow the instructions:

    If you're on Xbox One:

    1. Ensure you were connected to Xbox Live. If you weren't, try connecting to Xbox Live then attempt to unlock the achievement again.

    2. If you were connected to Xbox Live and you completed the full requirements for the achievement but the achievement seems ‘stuck’ at 100% complete or “Done! Unlocking…”, go to the achievement detail view on Xbox.com or on your Xbox One console to double-check
    whether it is still locked.

    3. If your achievement is still locked, wait a full 72 hours and then check on Xbox.com or your Xbox One console and see if the achievement shows as unlocked. It may have unlocked while you were away from your console, PC, or phone.

    4. If things still aren't looking right, give the following troubleshooting steps a shot:

    - Remove your account from your Xbox One console.

    - Power cycle your Xbox One console.

    - Download your account to your Xbox One console.

    - Attempt to unlock the Achievement again.

    5. If the achievement is showing as unlocked, but you're not seeing the Gamerscore from the achievement added to your total Gamerscore and the unlocked count for the game in question is incorrect: Head over to your profile on Xbox.com, view the game and
    achievement in question on your profile, then wait a full 72 hours for things to process.

    Fun fact, you have not even noticed that this other guy has posted, which has (strange isn't it?) done all your nice steps described in the "achievement sticky" and has not solved or unlocked his achievement yet.

    And i would say that yes the 72 hours are over and over, so what do we want to do? Do we continue to bounce on links and phrases made like we did in this 4 days?
