Tekken 6 Xbox 360 free game not letting me to instantly install

On the Xbox one store you would see that Tekken 6 is free and I go to the store page of it, it will present me with "see price". I put my credential password and it suddenly tells me that I have to change a payment even though I simply put on my microsoft
payment.

Is there a way to fix this?

This will crush my heart if this offer is for a limited time that is impossible for me to obtain ;(.

The One store has never been updated to see the Microsoft account balance as a valid payment option for backwards compatible content. You would need to add either a credit card or Paypal or make the purchase from a 360 console.

Hello! Thank you for your post.

I know that some games show the "See Price" button, but once you click it, it states that it is free. You may have to update the payment info on your account and purchase the game for $0.00. So you'll need to have an active card to "purchase" it, even though
it is not actually charging you.

This has happened to me a few times. Hope this helps!
