tekken 6 not loading on xbox1

hi there

I've purchased tekken 6 and it is not loading on my xbox 1 on offline mode, I'm currently unable to connect to the net. do you know if I need to have internet connection to load this game? it keeps saying unable to load

@Barlow Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is currently on sale on Deal Of The Week. Its virtually Tekken 6 with tag or you could choose to play solo and turn it into a prettier Tekken 6.

I'm sorry to see any confusion surrounding installations! In order to install a game on the Xbox One, you will need an internet connection for either disc or digital purchases. Some disc based games require title updates to be installed before they can be
played, even in offline mode.

If you connect up to the internet and you're still unable to load the game, post back with an image of the error so that we can dig into it together.
