Tekken 6 don't work after downloading

I've bought yesterday tekken 6 because of discount on my xbox live gold account and after succesfull download i can't start the game i only see the file as damaged on my console even after cleaning memory and downloading it again ( 3 times) nothing change
please HELP !!!

Didn't get a code

hello. I make a preorder of tekken 7. U promise to sent a code of tekken 6 on my email in 7-10 days. Today it's 11 day,but I don't have my code of tekken 6. yet.

Cyb3r1337n00b's link works I just had the same problem while trying to download Tekken 6, but it failed. After following the instructions on the support page, I was able to download it normally.

 

Tried calling customer service? I think the server knockout might have interrupted your game download. If all else fails, see if there's a disc version of the game available. If you keep having issues.

 

At least you managed to purchase it. I tried for the last three days and everytime it would fail after confirming purchase. Now today it has been taken off sale. Very annoyed at Microsoft for not extending the sale after they have had problems with market
place.

 

Also, delete the game, clear your cache then redownload.
