Tekken 6 code

I pre-ordered tekken 7, and I did received the tekken 6 code as part of the bundle, however the code has not worked. I got the code about 3 months ago and still it has not worked at all. It says "something went wrong". So, I canceled the pre-order and repurchased
tekken 7, but then I have not received the new code for 2 months. I've contacted both xbox one tech support and publisher, but xbox one tech support says publisher is in charge of this (distributing code), and publisher says xbox one tech support is in charge
of it. Now I am lost. Please help.

hello. I make a preorder of tekken 7. U promise to sent a code of tekken 6 on my email in 7-10 days. Today it's 11 day,but I don't have my code of tekken 6. yet.

 

you are going to have to ask the publisher

Also should be noted that if your account region doesn't match your actual region it could be why you can't redeem the code and no there is no way around it since taken 6 is a Xbox 360 game
