    Hi my son has spent alot of money on his xbox( never done anything like this before) i have filled in the refund form and recieved an email a day later saying closed case. Cannot speak to anyone or go on chat, i dont know if this means they will refund or not im going demented to get this sorted, i have not been working due to covid. Advice please

    best way to get on live chat, go to the following link, click contact us

    https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us

    then select subscription and billing and dont recognise a charge click next then you can choose live chat, its the way i contact them if needed.

    I have emailed several times no reply, I just wanted to know if its been denied or accepted. It’s a lot of money, can’t get thru on chat or phone number won’t get accepted, whatever phone number I put in says for United Kingdom says to put in on like xxx-xxxx-xxx which I don’t understand 😐🧐
