tecknika stbhd213 freeview box not working with xbox one

hi can someone help me with why my technika stbhd213 freeview box isn't working with my xbox one, or does someone know what the code is for the remote control. thanks. showerkid.

Xbox one TV help

You will probably need a freeview box. I'm not really sure how that all works because we don't have freeview in the United States. Assuming freeview boxes connect via HDMI, then you can use it on Xbox One. Otherwise you will need a freeview box and the Xbox
One Digital TV Tuner.

 

Built in Freeview

I have built in freeview with my television, no box or anything. I have normal freeview will that work on the xbox one? If so how.

A few questions and some suggestions. Have you tried:

1) Going through guided setup with brand=freebox?

2) Going through guided setup with brand=technika?

3) Manually enter the make and model?

In TV & OneGuide settings -> Device Control -> cable/sat box -> Enter a remote code, try these guys out.

Please make sure the Kinect has line of sight to IR blast to your freeview box.

Don't work, had a forum already asking for this and never got a response, please help!!

 

Also Tried the guide me for "Freebox, technika and Bush (told this box was originally manufactured by them?)

 

This will never work, took it back to Tesco!

 

All functionality now works with the STBHD213 box. Follow the menu though and you can select this and you have full control. Have to say using it with oneguide makes this box actually useful as without it the thing is bloody useless and the epg rarely works
correctly.

 

I have a technika box too which does not work - model number STBHDIS2010HY.

any ideas which model number to use on xbox for this one?
