Technical Supportend wrong or purchase date wrong

Hi,

on 29.october 18 i bought a xbox one s and registered it online immediately.

If i view the page Deviceservice and -repair i see that i have 1 year technical support and it's ending

02/23/2019.
2 year device warranty is right - till november 2020.

Is this a bug and technical support isn't a whole year? Or did something with my purchase date get messed up internally? Anyone experience the same?

Wrong purchase

There's only a one year warranty that comes with the xbox.

You'll need to contact Xbox Support and provide them a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase and they can have someone adjust that 1 year warranty end date to match the correct date for your 1 year warranty.

If you bought an extended warranty then that would be handled separately by the company you purchased that additional warranty through.

Xbox Warranty and Service. That being said it is possible that the retailer where you purchased it could have sold the console previously (initiating its manufacturers warranty). Then it could have been returned and resold to you months later. I suggest

Contact Xbox Customer Support with your proof of purchase in hand and see if there are any options or information they may be able to assist you with.

Hi. I bought my 12 Month Xbox Live Gold card at the time we purchased the xbox.

I got an email from them today and it is now showing recurring billing will start 1st September 2020.

Unfortunately, the only way for an Xbox Live account to turn into an adult account is to promote naturally on the age of majority. There is no way to change the birthdate originally entered to manually change it to an adult account. The only way to acquire
the game in question will be to use an Xbox 360 console. Alternatively, the admin account on the family can obtain the title and share it with the other accounts on the console via the Home console program.
