    Hi everyone, I am trying since 2 days to purchase Fifa on the store but process cannot be finalized. I receive an error message saying that my payment could not be processed and requesting to contact microsoft technical support. knowing that I am using my
    debit card with enough money for the purchase.

    Can't purchase ms points or buy games from marketplace

    Thanks for the suggestions, it's much appreciated. However I'm still stuck technical payment problem for 2 days. :mad: The site won't let me check my payment details, stating a technical problem. But my 12 month live renewal payment was taken on Jan 20th without an issue.

    You can technically sell it, sure. The problem you have is that you purchased it via finance so you are liable for the payments for the 2 years. Finance cannot be transferred to another person and not paying will impact your credit rating
