Technical glitch idk?

I did a reset on my Xbox, since I was having issues with games working and all. When I logged into my Microsoft account there was a completely random gamertag and no achievements nor any of my subscriptions active. This was on Microsoft dot com and when I re logged back into my Xbox its like its all gone. Even though Xbox and Microsoft literally emailed my email 5 days ago wirh my gamertag and all my stuff in it. Seems really weird and random but I'm not sure.

Based on your description, you are signed in to a completely different Xbox account from your main Xbox account. Your main Xbox account is associated with a different email address from the one you are currently using.

Kindly try to sign in to account.microsoft.com and account.xbox.com to confirm this using all of your known email addresses to locate your main Xbox account.
