Technical error : I can't buy games on the windows store on the xbox one

So my problem is I can't give my money to microsoft, and they don't give a **** because there is no way to contact them, this is why I end up on this forum.

I have a Xbox live membership

I'm using my xbox one

in the windows store market, I search for games like "ducktales remastered" or "sonic & all-stars racing"

the game page displays a button "see the price" ("voir le prix" in french), but when I click on it, after 2 seconds it displays a message "retry later / check your internet connection and retry" (I have absolytely no problem with my internet connection)

When I tried to buy Gears of War 4 on the windows 10 store I get a message that says "Purchases are blocked, so you’ll need to change the setting to buy this. Go to account.xbox.com > Xbox settings > Privacy & online safety.

I went to the xbox account settings and looked for the option to allow purchases but there was no option available. What do I need to do?

Sorry to hear about the purchasing problems, what type of payment method are you using for the purchase? Have you tried another method as well?
