Technical difficulty when attempting to purchase Lego Marvel SuperHeroes 2 Deluxe Version

My 11-year-old son and I attempted to purchase Lego Marvel SuperHeroes 2 Deluxe Version last night and early this morning through his XBox console while the game was on sale (60% off of the $74.99 list price for a final price of
$30) for a limited time. Despite about 20 attempts to purchase by clicking "buy," we received a message each time telling us to try again shortly. My son was very upset when he left for school this morning, and so I told him I'd try and resolve the issue
and purchase the game for him at the discounted price. I called and spoke with two XBox representatives but they told me I had to complete this form and someone would be in touch.
