Dear MS, please give me a phone number I can call to replace my POS XBOX X instead of the endless dummy loop trying to get me to use your stupid Virtual assistant which is as useless as the people manning your chat. I almost to the
point of calling it quits and ordering a nintendo switch. I know, you already suckered 500 out of me.

If you're in the states you can call them at 800-469-9269

They can help troubleshoot the Xbox but it not a phone number for a replacement.

If they determine there's an issue with the Xbox console that needs repair, they can assist with creating a repair order for your console.

 

I'd get a Switch anyway, its a great console. I spent ten hours over the weekend playing Dragon Quest Builders, and it was only a demo

 

Where did you buy the console from?

The Xbox One X was only released in November, so take it back or return it to where you bought it from and get them to replace it.

It is the people you bought it from responsibility to replace faulty hardware, not Microsoft (unless of course you bought it from the Microsoft store but then you'd need to be contacting them and not Xbox Support).
