Discus and support Tech Support Charm..i think. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I went through the chat online with a Tech support by the name of Charm or something like that and man where they great....even though I got disconnect...     Tech Support Charm..i think.


    I went through the chat online with a Tech support by the name of Charm or something like that and man where they great....even though I got disconnect at the end right after they told to unplug my Xbox one I still did just that. Waited for about 5 min
    or so and plugged everything back it and booted it up and BAM!!!! it works... GREAT WORK!

    Not sure they will see this but HEY! I can hope.

    Most likely a high call volume.

    People call for stupid reasons(well to put it simple, there are alot of stupid people) and stay on hold waiting, clogging up lines......

    Try to google an answer if you can't figure it out. Call if you must.

    What is the technical problem? You can post problems on the boards as well, and community members can and do assist.
