    tech help needed!


    Everything was fine until my son decided it would be a great idea to unplug all of the cables. After they were all replaced, when the console powers up, it shows the logo, holds on the logo, and then goes right to a dark screen with tbe message "Sorry we
    can't launch this. The item you are trying to use appears to be corrupt. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling."

    A hard restart did not help. Any ideas?

    Tech Help - Monitor

    No problem, see if you can find one Used or something somewhere else before paying that much for it though. Also, you will need some type of Connection for the AV Input. If it's just a PC Monitor it probably wont have AV Inputs.

    Hi

    Please try following the support guide below using the option of I Need To Update My Console Offline hopefully this should get you to the correct recovery screen to allow you to reset your console.

    Try a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational, test
    the results.
