    I was baited into insulting these three grown men and then they reported me and I got a 10 day suspension? Very unfair.. never have I had a problem until pubg. Please allow me to contact friends!

    It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended. It's best to just report the other players and block communications with them instead of responding.

    I would like to know why I got suspended? These three grown men were baiting me into insulting them and then reported me!?!? How messed up is that that I would get suspended for this? I’ve had Xbox live for years with various accounts and never had a problem
    until pubg? This doesn’t makes sense please allow me contact with my friends immediately please!!

    trash talking is allowed on moderation but anything abusive like anything like rated e for everyone is punoshable

    Block and ignore and report that's all you are allowed to do

    Common use common sense

    You learner this in school it doesnt matter who starts it if you break the rules you are just as guilty

    But you need a better excuse then they started it

    No one here can give you an answer that is 100% accurate. It's possible you will only be suspended, but that is up to the enforcement team.

    Sorry, but there's nothing that can be done. It's all up to the enforcement team and there is no way to contact them unless you've already been suspended/banned.

    At that point possibly, during the arbitration that would happen that you agree to when signing up for the service they may show you the evidence that got you suspended. The enforcement team does not suspend people without there being a violation of the
    code of conduct. If they did then they would end up losing in court cases.
