    Team Sonic Racing Xbox One Controllers


    Hi all,

    We have just started up TSR and we are trying for a four player race on an xbox one (original not s or x).

    But the game will only recognise two controllers at a time.

    We rebooted the console and switched remotes but only two respond at any one time.

    Has anyone else encountered this and know a fix?

    yep but that only gives you a bot that searches for an answer. the talk to a person bit is closed. i will try that tomorrow. hoping someone else already has a fix.

    Use the accessories app and try to troubleshoot it.

    Use the accessories app and troubleshoot the 2 that werent syncing, while the other 2 working are not used or signed in.

    Make sure there isnt a fault with either.
