It's team based, so you rank up and down depending on how your team as a whole does against the other team. You'll rank up more if you win against a better team, you'll rank up less if you win against a lesser team, you'll rank down less if you
lose against a better team, and you'll rank down more if you lose against a lesser team....in a nutshell.

And this is only for league play? Not the regular playlists?

@Jag--Maybe the rankings for 4vs4 (although indiviual), would be a "team" play ranking (how well do you play in comp team rank modes, with anyone). Do you win, do you play the objectives, etc...and the 6vs6 rankings would be more stat based? Im not sure.

My reply is specifically in regards to League Play. Pub Matchmaking uses a different algorithm.

^^Question--Do they (TA) mean you will be ranked as a team, meaning-- (this is what Im thinking) your 4 players in your party or team get their scores added together (some way) and an "average" comes out for a rank, BUT that team of 4 can be anyone at any
time. Whoever you are playing with at that time (any 4 people) get ranked together, but your rank is NOT kept as a team, only as a player. Dunno, if I am explaining it. Here goes again. Me, you, Fallen, and Defy party up and play some ranked games as a team.
We win (or whatever) and we each personally achieve our OWN ranks from those games. Of course we were averaged before each game for matchmaking. Anyways, Defy has to leave so me, you, Fallen, pick up Geek and play more ranked games. I believe the game would
average our scores and match us accordingly, then we play and each get OUR own ranks from the game, but not a team rank per say. Meaning its a "team" oriented game mode, but TA isnt keeping up with 50 trillion teams. TA will keep each persons stats (as they
do now), but have them "tweaked" for ranked LP. If you want to "rank up" in LP rankings, you just jump in and play some games (with anyone) it wouldnt have to be YOUR team. Im now confused, LOL, but I think I am explaining it now. Understand my angle that
