    About us:

    The Pirates are a group of gamers that first came together as a Grand Theft Auto Online crew known as The Pirates MC. We were officially created on the 7th October 2013 and quickly grew from a handful of people to around 30-40 members.

    We have consistently played other games together since then playing games such as: Destiny, Battlefield 4, Elder Scrolls Online, Neverwinter, World of Tanks, Star Wars Battlefront, Halo 5, For Honor, Injustice 2, Battlefield 1, Destiny 2, Ark: Survival Evolved
    and many more.

    Currently the main game we are playing together is Ark: Survival Evolved & the Sea of Thieves Beta but we do play other games together. We are also planning to play PlayerUnknown’s Battlerounds & Red Dead Redemption 2 together when they are released.

    We have had our ups and downs over the past 4 years with members coming and going and moving from Xbox 360 to Xbox One. We currently have 20+ full members on our roster with varying levels of activity due to real life commitments, work etc.

    Most of our members are from the US with a few from the UK but we welcome players from anywhere as-long as they speak fluent English. We are a casual but close knit group with a lot of history together having played hundreds of hours collectively as a crew
    over the years.

    We are always looking to expand and make new friends to play with and talk too. Nearly all of our members are 20+ years old and ideally anyone looking to join us would be 18+

    So if your a casual or competitive gamer and you want to be part of a great group of people then we could be the crew/clan for you! We nearly always have some members online so there should always be someone to play with. If you are interested or if any

    Do I need to play previous games to understand the storyline

    I just finished sequence 11 and there is some recruiting going on in a subtle manner but Adewale is the only pirate who looks like he will become a 'true assassin' (sorry if I spoiled the story for anyone).
