TEAM INFO FROM LFG POST

IF your reading this then you consider yourself an unselfish team player. I am leaving this post because there is not enough room to explain in the Looking for group area. I have started a new pro am team but I am not looking for superstar players, I am
looking for players who are completely unselfish in that they care more about their teammates then themselves, I realize on xbox live finding men like this wont be easy and will require patience on my part. You might ask why do I put so much emphasis on "unselfish"
well I have built teams my entire life whether it be a full complete career in the US Navy or online on the PC and I have found that when you get a group of guys who care more about the man next to them or their teammates you don't have to worry about the
W, the W will come on its own. I am a retired 50 year old white guy so if that hangs you up then I guess just move on, but I have life experience and I want to be a true coach who teaches more then ball movement or things in a game, I am trying to create
a brotherhood that once complete with the right guys will win without trying just because of their actions on the court. I have a few requirements so I will list them.

1- Must be able to play during the daytime.

2- OVR 89 or higher with all MAIN badges Silver or higher

3- Must be an adult , 25 or older.

4- Must be in the US (only because of time zones)

5- Must truly believe that ball movement wins games.

6- Understand the basics....every play is NOT a fast break..there are 24 seconds on a shot clock for a reason.

7- Have NO EGO, be willing to learn and listen , just as I am, I ask nothing that I will not do myself.

I will be doing tryouts on the walk on to find my 4 teammates...my future brothers, If you are an egomaniac and think you are gods gift to 2k please do not waste my time, I can spot you in 1 game. Must also have a mic for obvious reasons. Message me your

I'd agree.. except a large number of LFG posts are
spam, as I originally posted but somehow was missed in response. Outside of Report to Xbox Live Enforcement (which does little to curb the abuse), there is little in the way to clear or filter out the spam LFG posts. If LFG's are mostly
spam, what is the purpose of having it? I don't think the LFG purpose is to get people to follow you, sell a dlc, sell an account, scam out in-game cash, etc. But that is what is has become. So, again, what is the purpose of LFG other than to browse thru spam?
