tdu2 please someone help

I just downloaded the game from Xbox live with the mandatory updates. I have a 16gb flash that works fine. My two other games work fine from the USB. Tdu2 just goes to a black screen when I hit play. I have to get up and turn the console on and off again.
I see that this problem has been going on for sometime. I always buy and download games from Xbox live with no problems. I have tried everything in the forums but nothing works. I was hoping that someone knows the answer to this or how to get a refund for
something I paid for and didnt work at all. Please

Everybody vanishes TDU2

Hello, If someone can help me. What ports do you have to open on your router for TDU2, at the moment this is what i am using.

TDU2 8889-8889 TCP/UDP

TDU2 3478-3478 TCP/UDP

The thing is on xbox live I can watch a HD movie no problem it's just TDU2. Me and my friends go cruising and every 5-10 mins everybody vanishes not cool .

GAMESPOT REVIEW

For someone who has never picked up a Forza title in his life, the only thing that Forza Horizon would have to do to "rip me from TDU2" is to make TDU2 better than it already is. It's been defined how to make TDU2 better. GET TO IT, TURN 10/PLAYGROUND GAMES.

 

Have you tried deleting and re-installing the game? Because if everything else is working fine on your usb card. Then the only thing I can think of is that it somehow it became corrupted while you where downloading it.

I am trying that now but it seems that MANY people have had the same problem without a fix. Sucks...home alone on new years, didn't really have the money to spend on the game, just wanted a different racing game, waited 5 hours to download and nothing happens.
I have bought and downloaded Lego batman, driver san Francisco, fallout and they all work fine.

 

Hopefully re installing it does the trick also did some searching and found another thread about the black screen issue hopefully some info from there will help you also.

Thanks for answering me crazywilliam and trying to help. I did see that thread and many more. I tried to research the answer before bothering anyone. No one seems to know the fix for that problem. I hope downloading it again will fix it. I even disconnected
my chromecast so I have nothing else receiving packets while I'm downloading tdu2. But when I downloaded Lego batman 2, I was chromecasting and searching on the internet at the same time while downloading from Xbox live. That game and all the others I have
downloaded work fine. I hope this works but if it doesn't how do I go about getting a refund for the game from Xbox live?

 

As far as I know you can't get a refund back even think it's stated when you purchase a game but if you want to try all you can really do is contact Microsoft support by phone and I think all they really can do is try and give you another solution. Here

Wow...no refunds? But they took my money for a product that didn't work at all. I have read on these forms alone the same problem from many, many other people. How can they do that? If the game doesn't work for me and I cannot get a refund that will certainly
be my end with Microsoft live or anything Microsoft. If so many people have had the same thing happen to them, where is the disclaimer on the Xbox live game page? Do they not check these forums at all? How can they continue to sell a product that when you
download it, it does not work? I'm out of work on unemployment and just wanted a decent game that was new to me to de-stress before looking constantly for jobs that I get turned down for. Damn xbox, microsoft richest corporation and there not going to give
me my money back for a game that never worked? Thanks for your help crazywilliam but I'm pretty sure that this isn't going to work and I will be canceling my Xbox live subscription.

Just wanted to give you an update. The game still didn't work after waiting another 4 hours of downloading. I called Xbox support through the number you gave me and they are refunding the money back to my account. Good guy Microsoft making it right. Thank

Will u help me @AnimeMusicFan99 I just got Xbox live gold and whenever I try to get onto tdu2 it say please download the extra content of whatever and I've downloaded everything on that page. Then, after that it says you downloaded something that need extended
content please download it. Or something like that I don't know what to do. Will you please help keep!!!!!
