Tata Sky does not work

I have an Xbox One. I plugged my set-top box (Tata Sky) into the HDMI-in, and Xbox says, "We have lost your TV Signal".

Also, I can use Kinect Voice, but can't turn off or on.

Any help?

I Imported my xbox one last year from AMAZON.com , waited almost a year for xbox to release in India, after that changed my region to INDIA, restart my XBOX one, and tried to setup my satellite box TATA sky , but the guide does not show up ???

i detects my TV and shows the tatasky HDMI feed, but i cannot find tatasky guid on xbox one, no voice command control to browse through tatasky channels .

So what was microsoft doing whole one year when they decided to not lauch in India in 2013 ???

designing power supply for 220v ?

i thought it would take some time to integrate all STB services in India before they launch here,

so now we have this *** box without any tv channel control !!

i really liked the TV control feature + kinect thats why i did not go for PS4,

i regret my decision now.

 

If you want to use kinect voice command in india, go to setting > language > change speaking language to english us and it works like a charm.
