Compre una tarjeta de regalo xbox en una tienda oxxo (la maquina me emitió un ticket de compra y otro de Código de activación), al tratar de canjearla ya en mi cuenta,me dice una leyenda:"...Este código esta desactivado. Ponte en contacto con la persona
que te lo dio...". posteriormente regrese a la tienda oxxo para reclamar tal circunstancia, me dijeron que ellos no se hacen responsables por que solo oxxo es un tercero en el proceso de venta, me dijeron que lo arreglara directamente en soporte microsoft,
una vez que ingresé me envía a otro soporte directo de xbox, sin embargo a la fecha no he podido resolver mi problema , el soporte virtual no me fue útil y no he podido llamar o chatear con alguien que me ayude a resolver mi problema, ya que el teléfono me
envía nuevamente a pagina de xbox y sigo igual, en el oxxo no saben que hacer , ellos me la pueden activar otra vez, es decir que me den un nuevo ticket de activación ?? repito tengo mi ticket de compra y de activación y a pesar de tener ambos no pude canjear
mi tarjeta de regalo, agradezco de antemano cualquier comentario al respecto.

Whenever a code is not activated by a retailer, the only solution is to return to the vendor. If they are unwilling to help you with replacing a code, then you will need to
Contact Xbox Support.
