Discus and support Taptiles wont sign me in. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I don't have any problems with any of the other xbox games I play.     Taptiles wont sign me in.


    I don't have any problems with any of the other xbox games I play. But Taptiles wont log me in .And I can't play the daily challenges.

    Taptiles update Windows 8.1

    I had internet 8 and updated to 8.1. When I had 8 taptiles worked perfectly. Now, when I play solitare or majohng when I AM SIGNED IN. Taptiles will not play and only shoots taptiles to the task bar on the desktop and refuses to open or let me sign in.
    Updates or uninstall does NOT work. Help.

    sign in problem

    Bump... I am having sign in issues with Microsoft Mahjong as well. My Taptiles and Microsoft Solitaire Collection sign in just fine.

    Check and make sure you have all the updates installed for the app, and that you have installed any available Windows Updates - including optional ones. In many cases, missing updates can block the app from connecting to the service.

    I am having the same problem Taptiles is the only game I am unable to log into. I have checked for updates on both the apps and Windows. They are current and up to date. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling still same problem. Any ideas

    Taptiles wont sign me in.
