    taptiles wont load or open on my pavillion please fix


    i'm having problems with this game on my touch screen hp pavilion which is the machine i play my games on where as my stream has taptiles also preinstalled and it loads just fine on that one. so i know that the game works and i love playing it but i want
    to play it on the touch screen. please contact me on how we can hopefully fix this problem. thank you.

    Taptiles problems - we need your help!

    1. I am running on Windows 8.1 on an HP Pavillion Touchsmart 14 Sleekbook. All updates have been installed.

    2. When I launch Taptiles, the purple screen appears briefly then defaults to the desktop or the browser, if open. This is all that happens regardless of the number of times I try to open taptiles.

    3. NP ERROR CODE.

    4. This has been occurring for over a year. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling still to no avail. Really miss taptiles.

    taptiles not working..

    I have played taptiles for years and enjoyed it. Now it won't open... very frustrating. The new Taptiles Windows 10 is not good. It has a touch delay, sometimes opens and mid game goes to a commercial. Please fix the first taptiles!!!

    sign in problem

    i am having the same problem. After the updates in the Windows Store; Taptiles was working this morning and then there was an update in Windows Store - I updated and now Taptiles is not working either. There are no error messages, the screen shows Taptiles
    -- and it doesn't load. This all happened after the updates were posted. These are free games and I like doing the daily challenges -- now these apps do not open. Please fix this. Thank you.

    Taptiles won't load

    My problem is similar.........starts to load...Taptiles screen, turns to Meditation screen, closes back to opening account screen. Any ideas how to get back to Taptiles?

    Taptiles loads to the opening page of the game but no tiles. I'm using 8.1.
