Discus and support taptiles will not log me in in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; taptiles has refused to sign me in since Friday, not even after opening xbox and sigining in then restarting the app. I have tried uninstalling and...     taptiles will not log me in


    taptiles has refused to sign me in since Friday, not even after opening xbox and sigining in then restarting the app.

    I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting, all to no avail.

    taptiles will not log me in

    if your playing on any OS that is not windows 10 then that will be why, they closed all the casual games on wind8, you can only use them on windows 10, if you have windows 10 then try uninstalling and reinstalling.

    I have been playing taptiles since Dec 2012 and now for the last 2 days it's telling me I'm not logged in. I'm here at xbox.com and I'm logged in. What's going on?

    Taptiles wont sign me in.

    Taptiles, Mahjong and Solitaire will not allow me to log in. I've been playing these games for well over a year. Problem started Saturday, Oct. 4. HELP!

    I only have solitaire collection and taptiles, and cant log into either, although it logs in straight away on the games app, and tells me my achievements etc. This has only been going on for 3 days.
