Taptiles will not log into my microsoft account

Discus and support Taptiles will not log into my microsoft account in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can not log into Taptiles. It tells me that I must log into the Xbox.com site and reload the app. I do that with no issues and when I reload, it does...     Taptiles will not log into my microsoft account


    I can not log into Taptiles. It tells me that I must log into the Xbox.com site and reload the app. I do that with no issues and when I reload, it does not sign me in. I have done the updates, uninstalled/reinstalled and it will not allow me to log in. The
    other Microsoft apps do not have this issue. What is going on?!

    Taptiles will not log into my microsoft account

    Hi,

    It looks like the components of your app have something to do with the error message that you are getting. Here are steps on how to reset Windows Store to clear store cache:



    1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.



    2. Click on Command prompt (Admin).



    3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.



    4. Restart your computer and reinstall the games.



    Let us know how it turns out.

    Premium Taptiles Subcription

    I purchased a Taptiles premium subscription for one year with my Xbox Game/Microsoft Store account as well on my desktop PC, I logged onto my laptop under my Xbox Games ID and the Taptiles premium worked fine, about 1 months into the subscription the laptop
    Taptiles premium game advised that my subscription was expiring and I needed to re-purchase. The desktop premium Taptiles is still valid and working fine. What is this all about and why do I have to deal with this? Can someone please respond back to this thread.
    If not, please stop taking subscription money.

    My Fix: I removed my Xbox Live payment method.

    What I tried before:

    1. Reinstalled TapTiles (didn't work)

    2. Set up a new windows user, and installed TapTiles (didn't work)

    3. Brother logged in to TapTiles on my original windows account (worked). (only difference between us: he has no XBox live payment method. I had an expired card in my payment method).

    4. Brother logged in to TapTiles on the new windows user account (worked)

    5. Uninstalled TapTiles, removed all registry settings (didn't work)

    6. Updated my payment method on XBox Live to a valid current card (didn't work)

    7. Fix: removed the updated payment method.

    I also tried steps 2 through 4 on my Wife's laptop. Same results. It was the payment method. Silly.

    I have read that this issue is a common amongst other users, and it is specific only to Taptiles.

    The actual sign in button may be a browser issue, though it is unlikely, it is best to be sure. Other than that, the last idea I have is; to test Taptiles on another user on your computer with another Microsoft/Xbox account or just try with another Microsoft/Xbox
    account.

    If this does not work, then as far as my knowledge goes it may be a Taptile developer issue. In that case you may have to contact Microsoft support. I'm sorry that this is hindering your gaming experience.

    TAPTILES

    I can still open Taptiles (the old version which I prefer to the Microsoft Taptiles 10 version) but when I click on Daily Challenges, I get the message 'There was a problem launching Daily Challenge data., Please refer to error code 002000. I tried opening Taptiles from the Microsoft Store, My Library, Owned as you suggested but the same happens. It opens OK but then I get the same message when I click on Daily Challenges. I notice that Taptiles is no longer in the Microsoft Store - only the newer Taptiles 10 version. Does this mean that Microsoft have discontinued the old version of Taptiles? I remember that some time back Microsoft discontinued the old version of Soduko which I also preferred to the new version.
