    Taptiles Support Unresponsive

    There are three posts for the Taptles being unresponsive and yet not one has been replied to by support. How long does it take to actually get some help? Since I bought the game & loved playing it, I'd like to be able to play it.

    TAPTILES

    I was able to locate Taptiles in My Library and launch it. But still get the error message "Please refer to error code 00200". It's too bad that Microsoft doesn't support the older version of Taptiles. Thanks for the response.

    Taptiles Tries to Load and Goes to the Desktop Taskbar

    Mine is doing the same thing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it continues to crash to the whatever screen I was in before installing Taptiles again. I can't find anywhere I can buy Taptiles or get any support for my brand new computer
    and game.
