Discus and support taptiles login in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i can't log in with gamertag on taptiles. every other game works perfectly contacted the support but didn't work. how can it be fixed? already...     i can't log in with gamertag on taptiles.

    every other game works perfectly

    contacted the support but didn't work.

    how can it be fixed?

    already reinstalled.

    and updated.

    As of 1/22/18 I cannot login to Xbox Taptiles profile when opening Taptiles, anyone else having issues?

    I have been having the same problem for 2 days now. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game but the same message still comes up.

    yes, it's telling me there is no connection established to zxbox when I go to sign in; but it's letting me do the daily games and also check xbox (as signed in) really weird, a problem at miscrosoft games end I think...not my computer. regards

    I'm still having the connection issue. I don't have this problem with Mahjong, Solitaire or Word Games. Doesn't anyone from Microsoft monitor these forums?
    It started working again right after this post.

    I can bring up Mahjong, but Taptiles and Sodoku tell me that I don't have connection when clearly I do.
