Taptiles does not work

When I try to play Taptiles the program show the commercial then when I press play I get thrown out to the desktop. The program is up to date, and shows no updates at this time.

Taptiles update Windows 8.1

I had internet 8 and updated to 8.1. When I had 8 taptiles worked perfectly. Now, when I play solitare or majohng when I AM SIGNED IN. Taptiles will not play and only shoots taptiles to the task bar on the desktop and refuses to open or let me sign in.
Updates or uninstall does NOT work. Help.

Not loading Mahjong

Having the same problem In the last few days with both Mahjong & Solitaire. Solitaire was working & Taptiles wasn't. Now Solitaire won't work, but Taptiles does.

Still can't get taptiles!!! Keeps telling me app needs to be repaired go to store! I go to store and it says already installed!! HELP!!!

 

Now I can uninstall and install but still won't open! Worked fine in windows 8! Hasn't worked since upgrade to 8.1!

 

It worked for me on 8.1 when I first got my laptop but hasn't worked in over a year. I believe it was after updating the app. I've tried every and all suggestions like checking apps for errors, uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works. I just sent
an email to the manufacturer yesterday and he gave me some things to try, all of which I had tried and done to no avail and then sent me here to get further help. That's really a joke since no one has come up with a solution to this problem in over a year.
I really enjoyed the game and sure wish I could play it again.
