Taptiles Dash

Since the upgrade I can no longer play "Dash". I open the game, I can play the daily challenges and 'origin' but when I click on "Dash" it open to the background screen but no tiles drop ... hence, unable to play. I uninstalled ,,, and re-installed 2 times
thinking that would work ..... no! Next, I upgraded for a 1yr subscription ($15.74) hoping that would work .... no! Now, I'm here writing to you. PLEASE HELP

Taptiles problems - we need your help!

Using Taptiles on Win10 Pro. I've been playing Taptiles for about a month without problems. Now Dash has stopped working. The other games (e.g., Daily Challenge, Relaxation, Origins) run fine. With Dash, the puzzle screen loads with the rotate and pause
buttons showing but the puzzle itself is missing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled TapTiles several times to no avail.

 

Still bugs in game... Dash leaderboard and awards

I updated taptiles but still don't get the "Taptiles Enthusiast" medal despite having well over the required numbers of cleared puzzles in dash mode

i'm playing on a Dell Inspiron ,,, don't know how to post a screen shot, but if you tell me how i'd be glad to ....

When I click on Taptiles from my start screen ... it opens to the squares giving me the option to play "origin" , "daily challenges" , "dash" , "relaxation" .... I can click on any of the boxes and am able to play any of the game options except for 'dash'
,,, when I click on 'dash' it opens to show the background screen .... a blue n pink forest-like .... and no tiles drop.

 

Apologies for the delayed response. On your laptop, you can press the Print Screen button (it's usually next to the F1-F12 keys) to copy the screen to the clipboard. Then paste the screenshot into an image editor like Paint, save the file, and upload it
to a file sharing service such as OneDrive, Imgur.com, Dropbox, etc. and post a link here

I updated to the Premium version of TapTiles on Dec 9, 2014 .... sent you a message on Dec 10 of my problem - not able to play TapTiles "DASH" - .... sent you all the information you asked for ... and now haven't heard from you since Dec 19, 2014. It's
now Jan 12 and still not able to play the game I paid for a year subscription.

I'm wondering if my subscription will be extended the amount of time it takes to get this fixed?

Hello, hoping you can help me. I have exactly the same problem. '"Dash" doesn't even drop the tiles...just shows the same background. this problem started last week. I am using a medion akoya laptop with windows 8.1.

I was going to uninstall and reinstall the app. , but from what others have said, it won't make any difference. So I'm hoping BarbarossaBlade will come up with the solution.

 

I also am having the exact same issue. I am running Windows 8.1 on a HP Envy TouchSmart 15 Notebook PC.
